摘要
介绍了液压防爆提升机速度控制的电液比例控制系统的工作原理,给出了系统原理框图和传递函数框图,并分析了其模拟液压系统的工作过程,为进一步研究其特性打下了基础。分析表明,该系统具有控制精度高,易进行自动控制的优点。
The paper introduces the operational principle of electro-hydraulic control system for hoisting speed of hydraulic permissible hoist, shows the system principle schematic and the transfer function schematic, and analyzes the procedure for simulating the hydraulic system, which paves a way for the further research. The analysis shows that the system features high control precision and it is easy to be automatically controlled.
