25%环氧虫啶可湿性粉剂对水稻的表观安全性评价 被引量:2

摘要 采用喷雾法研究了环氧虫啶在4倍使用剂量下,对分蘖期、孕穗期、破口期和抽穗扬花期水稻的表观安全性。结果表明:经25%环氧虫啶WP有效成分239 g/hm^2处理的2个水稻品种未出现叶片变色、坏死和萎蔫等现象,植株分蘖正常,没有徒长,无叶片卷曲或扭曲变形等情况;生长速率抑制率、株高、穗长、有效穗数、千粒重、空秕率、产量与清水对照区无显著差异。因此,25%环氧虫啶WP用量在有效成分239 g/hm^2以下喷雾处理对水稻安全。 Extrinsic safety evaluation of cycloxaprid 25% WP while spraying on rice during the tilleringstage, booting stage, breach stage heading and flowering stage was studied in dose of 239 g a.i./ha. The results indicated that two rice experimental cultivars had no discoloration, necrosis, wilting of leaves, tiller normally, no excessive growth, no leaves curled or twisted deformation etc. Meanwhile, no significant difference was observed on growth rate inhibition rate, plant height, ears length, efficient panicles, empty-percent, 1000-grain weight and yield. Therefore, the application of cycloxaprid 25% WP by spraying at the dosage of below 239 g a.i./ha were safe to rice.
