摘要
目的研究口腔颌面部损伤患者手术感染的影响因素,并对各项危险因素进行相关性统计分析,为临床中口腔颌面部损伤手术感染的预防和相关措施的制定提供临床依据。方法回顾性调查2008年3月-2012年3月医院1 528例行口腔颌面部损伤手术患者临床资料,研究其中发生手术感染患者的相关影响因素,采用SPSS18.0进行数据统计分析,数据采用均数±标准差(珚x±s)表示,计数资料的比较采用χ2检验。结果调查1 528例口腔颌面部损伤手术患者中发生感染54例,感染率3.53%;单因素分析结果,患者年龄、伤口异物状况、手术切口的类型、手术时间、抗菌药物使用及患有糖尿病均与口腔颌面部损伤手术后感染有明显的相关性;针对单因素分析的结果进一步进行多因素分析,发现年龄、伤口异物状况、手术切口的类型、手术时间、抗菌药物使用及患有糖尿病是口腔颌面部损伤手术感染的重要危险因素。结论口腔颌面部损伤手术患者发生术后感染的影响因素较多,在手术过程中应予以注意和预防。
OBJECTIVE To study the influencing factors for surgical infections in patients with oral and maxillofacial injuries and statistically analyze the risk factors to provide guidance for the prevention and control of the surgical infections. METHODS The clinical data of 1528 oral and maxillofacial injuries patients who underwent surgery from Mar 2008 to Mar 2012 were retrospectively investigated, then the related influencing factors for the surgical infections were observed, the statistical analysis was performed with the SPSS18. 0 software, the data were defined by using meant standard deviation（x±s） , and the chi-square test was conducted for the count data. RESULTS Of the 1528 cases of oral and maxillofacial injuries, the infections occurred in 54 cases with the infection rate of 3. 53 %. The result of univariate analysis indicated that the age, condition of foreign bodies on wound, type of surgical incision, operation duration, use of antibiotics, and diabetes showed significant correlation with the postoperative infections in the patients with oral and maxillofacial injuries, further multivariate analysis concluded that the age, condition of foreign bodies on wound, type of surgical incision, operation duration, use of antibiotics, and complication of diabetes were the important risk factors for the surgical infections in the patients with oral and maxillofacial injuries. CONCLUSION There are a variety of risk factors for the postoperative infections in the patients with oral and maxillofacial injuries, to which the great attention should be paid.
