摘要
在总结叶片泵设计原理与优化方法的基础上 ,提出了开发叶片泵CAD系统的总体方案 ,论述了在MDT软件平台上用VisualC ++开发研制叶片泵CAD系统中所采用的面向对象程序设计方法、动态调控与实时效果技术、三维特征造型及容错处理等关键技术与实现方法。该系统的特点是融合二维与三维为一体 ,为用户提供方便友好的叶片泵设计、分析。
Summarizing the design theories and optimum methods of vane pumps, this paper presents the general scheme of developing the vane pump CAD system, discusses the realization of the key technologies and methods of the vane pump CAD system which is developed by Visual C++ on MDT software platform, including the realizations of the object-oriented programming method, the dynamic controlling and the real-time effect technique, the 3D feature modeling and the fault-tolerant technique. Uniting 2D and 3D, this system provides the friendly environment of design, analysis and drawing of vane pump for users.
