摘要
随着国内石油化工行业的蓬勃发展,安全事故频频发生,显然人们的安全意识和防范措施跟不上生产的步伐。因此对石油化工行业进行安全评价是必要的。作为产品故障与风险分析的重要手段之一的FMEA,其工作核心价值在于找出潜在故障模式,并预防不良后果。HAZOP分析是在危险识别方面最全面、最有效的评价方法,而LOPA分析方法则是在HAZOP分析基础上作进一步半定量分析,从而提出更全面的安全措施,通过总结三种评价方式在不正常表现,产生原因,不良后果,安全措施等方面的信息共享,提高了化工企业安全评价的准确性和客观性。
The information sharing of three approaches was summarized through overview on the characteristics of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) as well as on the information they provided. As one of the most important methods of failure and risk analysis, the core value of FMEA is to find out the potential failure modes and prevent terrible results. HAZOP is recognized as the most comprehensive and efficient method in safety evaluation. Based on it, the semi quantitative LOPA analysis got further study and more control measures were proposed. After summarizing the information sharing of three methods on abnormal performance, causes, terrible results and control measures, the accuracy and objectivity of safety evaluation were improved.
