油水两相间界面张力系数对胶凝原油单颗粒运动状态影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用相场法对胶凝原油单个颗粒的运动状态进行数值模拟,分析了不同油水两相间的界面张力系数对胶凝原油原油颗粒运动的影响。结果表明,油水两相间界面张力影响胶凝原油颗粒在运动中的形变,界面张力越大胶凝原油颗粒变形越不明显。胶凝原油颗粒的形变影响颗粒上各点的速度,形变越剧烈胶凝原油颗粒上点的速度变化幅度越大。模拟结果为进一步开展胶凝原油颗粒流动特性的研究奠定了理论基础。 The motion state of a single gelled crude oil particle has been simulated by the Phase-field method in this paper, and the influences which were caused by different coefficient of interfacial tension of oil-water two phase were analyzed. The results showed that the interfacial tension of oil-water two phase affected the gelled crude oil particles deformation in the movement. the greater interfacial tension was, the less deformation of the gelled crude oil particle. Deformation affect the velocity of points on the gelled crude oil particle, the deformation is more intense, the greater of the speed variation. The simulation results can lay a theoretical foundation for the further study.
