摘要
建设项目环境影响评价现状监测是环境影响评价的基础,环评结论是否可信,在很大程度上取决于环境现状监测的代表性、公正性和准确性。结合工作经验,本文提出当前环评现状监测时应注意的几个问题。
The environmental assessment monitoring of construction project is the basement of the environmental assessment. The result of the environmental assessment is reliable largely depends on the representativeness, integrity and accuracy of envi-ronmental monitoring. Based on working experience, several problems should be paid attention to the current situation of the environmental monitoring in this article.
