摘要
目的研究饮食护理干预对食道癌患者放疗期间营养状况的影响。方法选取2012年6月—2013年6月该院食道癌放疗患者150例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组75例,对照组患者应用常规护理的方法,研究组在对照组的基础上应用饮食护理干预,干预时间为1个月,观察两组的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白的含量以及淋巴细胞计数。结果治疗1个月后,研究组血清白蛋白、血红蛋白的含量以及淋巴细胞计数均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理干预可以提高食道癌患者放疗期间的营养状况,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of diet nursing intervention on the nutrition of the patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy. Methods 150 cases of patients with esophageal cancer received radiotherapy in our hospital from June, 2012 to June, 2013 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 75 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional nursing, the study group were given diet nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, intervention time was one month. The content of serum albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte count of two groups were observed. Results After 1 month of treatment, the serum albumin, hemoglobin content and lymphocyte counts of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Diet nurs- ing intervention can improve the nutritional status of the patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy, which is worthy of clinical application.
