摘要
着重介绍位置传感器的结构、工作原理和特性，给出了位置坐标函数的表达式和相应的输出信号检测电路框图，探讨了光位置传感器的几个应用实例。该传感器不存在测量死区，可给出入射光点在整个光敏面上移动时的连续性位置数据。
The structure, operational principle and features of position transducer are introduced emphatically. The expressions of the function of position coordinates the block diagram of relevant output signal detection circuit are given. Some of the examples of applica-tions of position are investigated. The transducer detects continuos position data of the incident light spot moving on the whole plane without dead zone.
