摘要
目的探讨食用油中重金属铅含量的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法将食用油微波消解后,选用磷酸二氢铵和硝酸钯作为基改剂,灰化温度850℃,原子化温度1800℃,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测其铅含量。结果测定实际样品的相对标准偏差为2.8%~3.2%,加标回收率为96%~103%。用该法测定深圳市68份散装食用油铅含量,超标2份,超标率为2.9%。结论该方法线性好,准确快速,灵敏度高,适用于食用油中铅含量测定。深圳市市售散装食用油铅的卫生指标整体状况良好。
[ Objective ] To investigate the approach for lead content determination in edible oil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry ( GFAAS). [ Methods ] Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADPI and palladium nitrate are used as the matrix modifi- er to test the lead content by GFAAS after digesting the oil with microwave. The ashing temperature and atomization temperature were setting as 850 ℃ and 1 800 ℃ respectively. [ Results ] The RSD of the samples was 2.8% -3.2% , the recoveries were 96%-103%. There were 2 lead contents over standard, with the rate of 2.9% , among the 68 edible bulk oil samples of Shenzhen City. [ Conclusion ] This method is accurate, rapid and accurate, with high sensitivity and good linearity, which is suitable for tes ting lead in edible oil. The hygienic index situation of lead in edible oil sold is good in Shenzhen City.
