激光工艺参数对钛合金表面NiCrBSi合金熔覆层组织及硬度的影响 被引量:34

摘要 在TC4合金表面进行了激光熔覆NiCrBSi合金涂层的试验 ,利用SEM和XRD等对熔覆层的微观组织进行了分析 ,测试了熔覆层的显微硬度。结果表明 ,激光工艺参数对熔覆层的组织和硬度有极大的影响 ,随稀释率的增加 ,激光熔覆层中形成了TiB2 和TiC等颗粒增强相 ,熔覆层的硬度明显提高。 Laser cladding was performed on the surface of TC4 alloy with NiCrBSi. The microstructure of cladding layer was analyzed by SEM and XRD, and the microhardness was measured. The results show that the laser parameter has great effect on both microstructure and microhardness. The quality of laser cladding is determined by laser power, laser beam diameter and laser scanning speed. For a certain laser beam diameter, the higher the laser power is, the larger the power density will be. The heating time is dependent on laser scanning speed. With the increase of heating time, the cladding depth becomes larger. With the increase of diluting rate, the hardening particles of TiB2 and TiC are formed in the claddings layer and the microhardness remarkably increases.
