根据党中央实施西部大开发的战略决策 ,结合陕西装备制造业的现状 ,提出陕西重点发展的 5大优势行业和 1 3类特色产品 ,以及通过实施 6大战略实现“十五”发展目标。
According to the strategic decision of West China development and based on Shaanxi Province situation of equipment manufacturing industry,five advanced professions and 13 groups of feature products are proposed as the key points for Shaanxi Province development.'Tenth Five Year Plan'developing goals will be completed by great strategies.
