摘要
在松江大学城随机抽取200名大学生头发样品,采用微波消解法溶解发样,并用原子吸收分光光度法测定处理液中Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb含量。结果显示,所测元素含量与文献值基本相符,方法所得回收率在93.70%~104.8%之间。结果较为满意。通过对数据的分析研究,对大学生的营养状况进行了初步评估,并简单分析了导致微量元素偏离的可能原因。
The five kinds of trace dements (Mn, Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb) in the hair of stochastically sdected 200 university students in Songiiang University Town was detected by adopting microwave digestion and atomic absorption spectrometry with a recovery rate between 93.70 % and 104.8%. The result shews that all the contents of trace elements are almost consistent with related reports. According to these results, we analyzed the students' nutritional level.
