摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿运动发育的预测因素。方法于2011年11月至2012年3月随机抽取云南城区和乡镇各一个点作为项目点,共抽取2~30个月婴幼儿112名。以问卷形式对儿童及其家长进行调查,同时采用贝利婴幼儿发育量表对婴幼儿进行运动发育评估;体格测量指标包括身高、体重并计算身体质量指数(BMI)。结果婴幼儿平均年龄12.07±8.05个月,男孩占50%,城镇比例为50.9%。运动发育指数为95.68±13.40。Pearson相关分析发现BMI与婴幼儿运动发育呈显著相关(r=0.20,P=0.036),单因素研究也发现婴幼儿BMI与运动发育显著相关(β=0.2,P=0.036),而年龄、性别、出生体重、分娩情况、出生后前4个月纯母乳喂养、母子交流时间、母亲受教育程度与运动发育无显著相关性。控制上述因素后,多元线性回归预测模型中BMI仍对运动发育有显著预测作用(β=0.22,P=0.043)。结论婴幼儿体格发育对运动发育有预测作用,营养状况及体格发育仍然是婴幼儿运动发育的良好预测指标。
Objective To investigate predicative factors of psychomotor development in infants and toddlers. Methods One urban hospital and one rural hospital in Yunan province were randomly selected from December 2011 to March 2012. Totally 112 infants and toddlers aged 2-30 months were recruited. Their parents were asked to fill out the socio-demographic questionnaire of Shanghai Children' s Medical Center. The Bayley Scales of Infant Development was used to evaluate the psychomotor development of participated children. Physical measurement included height, weight as well as body mass index (BMI). Results The mean age of participated children was 12.07 ± 8.05 months. Boys accounted for 50% , and urban infants accounted for 50.9%. The psychomotor development index (PDI) was 95.68 ± 13.40. Pearson correlation analysis showed that BMI was significantly related with children's psychomotor development (r = 0.20, P = 0. 036 ). Single factor study also showed that BMI was significantly related to psychomotor development (β = 0.2, P = 0. 036), while age, gender, birth weight, delivery, exclusive breastfeeding in the first 4 months, communication time between mothers and children and maternal education level had no significant relationship with psychomotor development. After adjusting the above factors, BMI was still found to be associated with PDI in multiple linear regression model (β = 0.22 ,P = 0. 043 ). Conclusion Physical development is predictive to PDI. Nutritional status and physical development are good predictive indices of psychomotor development in infants and toddlers.
