摘要
20世纪80、90年代日本和我国台湾地区公立高校都进行了法人化改革。两者的改革都有相似的背景与经历,但是形成了不同的法人治理结构。日本公立高校法人化改革注重完整的制度设计和规范的操作流程,而我国台湾地区公立高校法人化改革则显示了谨慎的态度和稳健的步伐。
In the Eighties and Nineties of the 20th century, public universities in Japan and Taiwan carried out the corporative reforms. These reforms have similar backgrounds and experiences, but they form different structures of corporate governance. The Public Universities corporative reform in Japan had complete system designs and standard operation flows, but the reform in Taiwan had a more cautious attitude and made steady steps.
