摘要
论述了煤矸石在线自动分选系统的构成和在线识别原理以及测量误差分析。该系统的主要特点在于采用了双能γ射线透射法 ,从而有效地解决了对不同粒度煤和矸石的组分识别问题 ,实现了一种高效可靠的干选方法。
A coal refuse on line auto separation system is a special equipment using high physical separation for the coal refuse mixed in coal flow during the coal conveying. The main features of the equipment is to use a double energy gamma ray transmission method, which can well solve identification problem between different size coal and coal refuse. This method is a high efficient and reliable dry preparation method. This method is a new high technology product developed under the state clean coal technology strategy. This method will play an important effects to improve coal quality, increase enterprise's benefit and protect the ecological environment. A first prototype equipment was installed in a coal preparation plant of Shanxi Province in the year of 1997. A industrial trial of the equipment was conducted for one year and the trial results met the requirements. The equipment was successfully passed by a product certification meeting hold by the National Bureau of Coal Industry in Datong, Shanxi Province in January 1999. The certification results shown that the performances of the system are reliable and the equipment is the first development in China. The technical level of the equipment is reaching the 1990's world advanced level, which has a positive to development of the coal processing technology.
