摘要
功率变换器在开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)系统中占有极其重要的地位,也是系统中最容易发生故障的薄弱环节。功率变换器故障将导致电机运行于非平衡状态,长时间运行可能会导致电机和其他模块损坏,使系统完全丧失工作能力。以SRM不对称半桥型功率变换器为研究对象,采用对相电流进行小波包分解的方法,对功率开关管短路和开路故障进行分析和研究。提出以小波包节点能量离散度作为故障特征量,通过判断故障前后相电流节点能量离散度的变化情况,判断功率变换器发生的故障类型并准确定位故障桥臂。通过仿真与实验的对比分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
The power converter plays a very important role in switched reluctance motor (SRM) systems, and it is also a vulnerable part most prone to failures. Power converter faults will cause the motor to run in nonequilibrium states, and a long time fault operation will damage the motor and other modules, and make the system completely lose working stability. In the paper, an asymmetric half-bridge converter of SRM is used as the research object, and wavelet packet decomposition is made for phase currents. The short and open circuit faults of power switches are analyzed; and an energy discrete degree of the wavelet packet nodes is used as the fault characteristic. The types of power converter faults can be diagnosed and the fault arms can be found by judging the changes of the energy discrete degree of the wavelet packet nodes from phase currents before and after the fault. At last, the corresponding simulation and experimental analyses are made to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
