摘要
得益于科学技术的发展，现代影像学检查的应用和颈椎病的生理、病理及生物力学研究都得到了长足进步，对颈椎病的认识、诊断和治疗都有了很大提高。推拿作为治疗颈椎病的主要手段之一，疗效确切，但是如何进一步应用推拿仍然值得深究。本文将结合临床实践及新近研究对推拿治疗颈椎病机理的研究进展进行探讨。
Due to the development of science and technology, the application of modern imaging examination and studies on physiology, pathology and biomechanics of cervical spondylosis have both rapidly developed, which makes all the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of cervical spon-dylosis greatly improved. Massage, as one of the main means of treating cervical spondylosis, is effective, but the issue of further application of mas-sage is still worth exploring. This article would combine the clinical practice and recent studies to investigate the process of studies on the mecha-nism of massage for cervical spondylosis.
