摘要
从精英教育向大众教育转变是我国高等教育的一场革命。在这场革命中,高等教育的培养目标发生着巨大变化。育人过程中的职能分担既是高等教育的重要理论问题,又是重要实践问题。目前,我国高等教育存在着教育优先发展体制机制不健全,社会对育人关注不足,学校教育观念落后,家庭教育缺位等诸多问题。为此,从法律与政策、权利和义务、使命和责任、体制和机制等方面开展研究,力求通过明晰国家、学校、社会和家庭等因素的育人职能承担,充分发挥和调动每一要素的内在动力,推动高等教育生态育人环境的形成,加强高等教育内涵和外延建设,促进科学合理育人体系的构建,提高人才培养质量,为建设人力资源强国、全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出应有贡献。
Sharing of the educational function in the educational process is not only an important theoretical issue,but also an important practical one in higher education.Under the condition of Mass Higher Education,our country's higher education system has lots of deficiencies,such as the lack of the priority to the development of education system,inmature educational mechanism,insufficient attention to education,idea backwardness of school education,vacant position of family education,etc.Research should be done from the fields of laws and policies,the rights and obligations,the mission and responsibility.In this article,we try to clear the sharing of the educational function of country,school,society and family,give full play to and mobilize the inner motive power of each factor,promote the formation of the higher education ecology educational environment,improve the quality of personnel training,make due contribution to the construction of human resources power,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
