摘要
目的优选七白凝胶膏剂的最佳醇提工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以欧前胡素的提取量及浸膏得率为指标,优选七白凝胶膏剂的醇提工艺。结果七白凝胶膏剂的较优醇提工艺为:15倍量50%乙醇加热回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺科学合理、质量稳定,为七白凝胶膏剂的最佳醇提工艺。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Qibai Gel Ointment. Methods The content of imperatorin and dry extractive material taken were set as indexes for orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction conditions were 8 fold of 50 % alcohol, decocting 2 times and 2 h each time. Conclusion The optimum technology of Qibai Gel Ointment is simple, stable, and effective.
