考虑滑转现象水平激振压实系统的动力学特性研究

Research on the dynamic characteristics of horizontal excitation compaction system considering slip-roll of the vibratory drum

摘要 针对智能振动压路机水平激振的特点,根据压实进程中土壤的参数变化,将压实进程分为纯滚动、滑转两种工况,按工况分阶段建立二自由度动力学模型,以XG6133D型智能振动压路机为算例,分析压实系统的幅频曲线及振动轮的动响应.结果表明:一阶、二阶共振频率及共振幅度随减震器参数、土壤参数的变化而发生相应变化;压实进程中振动轮水平运动发生从单周期到倍周期变化,时域波峰、波谷产生锯齿状畸变,频谱呈现除基波外仅含丰富的奇次倍谐波,且随着土壤的密实,时域波形的畸变和频谱奇次谐波量愈发明显.幅频及响应特性的研究为预测压实状况和提高压实性能提供理论依据. Based on the horizontal - excitation character of the intelligent vibratory roller and soil parameters, two compaction working condition such as pure rolling and slip -roll was classified during the compaction process. According to the working condition in stages the 2 -def dynamic model was established. Taking the XG6133D intelligent roller as an example, the magnitude -frequency characteristics of the compaction system and the dynamic responses of the drum were analyzed by means of numerical simulation. First order, second order resonance frequency and resonance amplitudes change along with the shock absorber parameters and soil parameters. During the compaction process, the motion of vibratory drum occurred from single periodic motion to periodic doubling motion, the peaks and valleys of its time response were induced to be distorted, and spectrums present in addition to the fundamental wave only rich odd harmonics. The distortion and its spectrum harmonic diversity were increasingly clear along with the aggravation of the compaction. In theory the conclusion of the article is valuable to forecast the compaction status and improve the compaction quality.
