摘要
设计了一个基于C/S结构的大型船体结构件焊接数据库系统,该系统可以被多个用户在企业的局域网上同时使用。系统采用Delphi技术和网络数据库技术,在Windows XP环境下开发而成,设计了船用柴油机部件、舵叶、舱口盖等船体结构的焊接工艺查询、知识库、变形控制以及系统维护四大功能模块。同时系统提供了方便的知识库维护方法,企业可以根据需要补充和更新焊接数据库,在此基础上设计了焊接变形控制及新工艺推理的特色功能。系统实现了操作员和管理员的交互,并使系统具有较高的稳定性和安全性。
A large hull structure welding database system based on Client/Server structure has been developed. The system could be used by multi-users in the limited area network inside a company. The system used the Delphi and network database technology, and it was developed with Windows XP environment. Four functional modules of welding process queries of marine diesel engine parts, rudder blade, hatch cover and other hull structure, knowledge base, deformation control as well as system maintenance has been developed. Meanwhile, the system provided a simple way to maintain, supplement and update welding knowledge base. On this basis, two characteristic functions have been designed, including welding deformation control and new technology reasoning. The interaction between ordinary users and administrators has been achieved in the system. Furthermore, it enables the system has high stability and security.
