摘要
通过比较CTAB法、SDS法、《SN/T1203-2010》标准方法以及试剂盒法等4种方法,发现试剂盒方法能够快速提取到大豆油中的DNA,并用实时荧光PCR方法成功检测到了大豆油中的大豆内源基因和外源基因。
Facing to the difficulty in DNA refining from soybean oils, we compared 4 methods of DNA Extraction, including CTAB, SDS, SN/T1203-2010 and reagent to determine an optimized method. It was found that the reagent method was a rapid and sufficient method for DNA extraction from soybean oil. We also detected the DNA of both endogenous and exogenous genes using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.
