摘要
介绍了望京SOHO中心T3塔楼结构液压自爬模的设计与施工,塔身结构复杂,变化较多,因塔楼高度较高及施工场地受限,故选用液压自爬模;其中在16层结构有突变,16层以下部分区间采用悬臂挂架模板体系。本工程所采用的模板体系均为新型钢木组合模板,重点对此种模板体系的组成、操作及施工注意事项进行讨论,简单介绍了悬臂挂架模板体系。本工程模板系统通过精心设计及良好应用,使得T3塔楼结构提前完工并获得良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the design and construction of hydraulic auto-climbing formwork for T3 tower of Wangjing SOHO Center project. The structure of T3 tower is complex and has many changes. Hydraulic auto-climbing formwork is chosen because of the tower height and limited site. The tower has a sudden change in the sixteenth floor, cantilever pylon formwork system is used in some area under the sixteenth floor. Wood-steel composite formwork is used in this project. Composition, operation and attention points are emphasized. The cantilever pylon formwork system is simply introduced. T3 tower is finished ahead of time, good economic benefits is obtained.
