摘要
管治、自治、善治三种学生社区管理理念,是分别基于问题管理、学生自我管理、合作治理三种不同情境而产生的,在管理目标、管理主体、管理方式、管理内容方面存在较大差异。各高校应该与时俱进,根据学校自身情况和学生特点转变思维视角,选择合适的理念来指导学生社区管理。
The three ideas related to the management of college students’ communities, management, self-management, and good management, are formed respectively based on three situations including, management aiming at problems, students’ self-management, and cooperative management. There are great differences between the management ideas in terms of aim, subject, mode, and content. University authorities should, keeping pace with the time, change their thinking modes and views, according to practical situations of the campus and students’ features, and choose suitable ideas to guide the management of college students’ communities.
