摘要
教师教育不应只局限于职前,而应融入完整的教师职业生涯之中。基于教师教育一体化理念,应着眼于教师专业的终身发展,重视师范生实践能力的培养但又不能桎梏于某些基本教学技能。师范生实践能力的静态抑或动态培养,不但需重视基于学科教育教学的能力训练,还应考虑师范生的进取心、责任感、社会角色、人格特质等方面的培养。
Teacher education should be integrated into the whole teaching career instead of being limited to the peri od of pre - service. Based on the theory of integration of teacher education, consideration should be taken into the teacher "s lifelong professional development; emphasis should be put on the development of normal university students'practical capability rather than being restricted to some basic teaching skills. In the development of normal university students'practical capability, whether it~ dynamic or static, emphasis should be put not only on the skill training which is based on the subject teaching, but also on the development of the normal university students'initi ative, responsibility, social roles, Dersonalitv traits.
