摘要
"心主血脉"系"藏象"学说心脏主要生理功能,涵盖脏腑、经络、五行、气血、阴阳等中医理论,包括主血和主脉,心、血、脉密切相联,共同组成循环系统,体现心、脑血管循环系统三大要素之间相互关系;脉为心之体,血为心之用,心在整个系统中处于主导地位。心行血以输送营养物质,生血使血液不断地得到补充。"心主血脉"是心脑动脉粥样硬化的病理基础,益气活血类中药可提高心肌收缩力、保护缺血心肌损伤,抑制血小板活化、调节凝血/纤溶系统功能紊乱从而调整血液循环状态,改善血管内皮细胞功能,尚有报道称"心主血脉"理论对难治性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)在临床中诊治起到一定作用。"心"并非完全指解剖之"心","血"也并非完全指"血液",脉也并非完全指"血管",不可将"心主血脉"理论等同于现代医学的血液循环(心脏、血液和血管组成),此乃游移于解剖与非解剖属性之间,疑似偷换概念。
