摘要
癌痛是中晚期恶性肿瘤患者常见症状,运用三阶梯止痛治疗,出现恶心、呕吐、便秘、成瘾等不良反应,给患者带来了极大的痛苦,影响治疗的依从性,以及患者的治疗信心。中医从痰、瘀、虚辨证论治结合三阶梯止痛疗法,可以明显提高治疗依从性、减轻患者痛苦,减少不良反应,取效良好,但仍存在若干问题需要解决,需要临床中不断总结,以期更好的运用于临床,解除患者痛苦。
Cancer pain is a common symptom in the metaphase and advanced stage patients, management of cancer pain in ＂three-tiered cancer pain ladder＂ usually accompany correlated adverse effects , such us ： nauseated, emesis, constipation, addiction etc, combined with TCM based on Sputum. Stasis and Deficiency in the course of the treatment obviously improve the patients compliance and relieve the pain of patients, during the course of treatment by differentiated and treat has acquired determinate curative effect. Nevertheless many questions still to resolve, need to unceasing summarize, and expect to apply well in the clinic , to relieve patients＇ pain.
