应用RT-PCR方法定量分析肾癌患者多药耐药基因表达水平及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨肾癌患者多药耐药与组织学分级和临床病理学分期之间的关系。方法 采用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)方法定量检测 36例肾癌和 15例正常肾组织的mdr- 1表达水平。结果 肾癌的mdr - 1表达水平与肾癌的组织分级有相关性 ,而与临床病理分期无关。结论 临床检测肾癌患者mdr- 1基因的表达 ,可以预测患者对化疗的敏感性 。 Purpose To investigate the relationship between multidrug resistance of kidney carcinoma,and histological differentiation and clinicopathological staging.Methods The expression of multidrug resistance gene mdr-1 was detected in 36 kidney carcinoma samples and 15 normal kidneys with RT-PCR(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction).Results The level of mdr-1 gene expression in kidney carcinoma appears to be correlative with the degree of histological differentiation,but not with the clinicopathological staging.The difference of the level of mdr-1 gene expression between kidney carcinoma and normal kidney tissue is very distint.Conclusion Detection of the mdr-1 gene expression in kidney carcinoma may predict the patients' sensitivity to chemotherapy and provide a basis for clinical selection of chemotheraputic drugs.
