摘要
近年来地震等自然灾害的爆发越来越频繁,对人们财产和生活造成的伤害愈来愈严重。自然灾害发生后如何配送应急救灾物资就变得异常的重要。文中结合应急物流路径规划问题,考虑到灾害发生后灾民对救援物资的迫切需求,从配送时间最短的角度,建立路径优化数学模型。通过雅安地震实例进行分析,选择成都作为救援的应急物资配送中心,运用LINGO软件编程求解,得出两条最优路径,分别是从成都往宝兴县和康定县两个方向配送,也验证了数学理论模型的合理性与可行性。
In recent years, the earthquakes and other natural disasters occurring more frequently,and the damage for people's property and lives become more and more serious. Like the earthquake of Wenchuan in 2008, Yushu earthquake in 2010, and this year's earthquake in Ya'an, all of the people's property and life caused great harm. So distributing the relief supplies after a natural disaster emergency becomes an important exception. In this article, firstly, combined with emergency logistics path planning problem, taking into account the urgent need of the disaster victims for relief supplies, from the perspective of the shortest delivery time, build the path optimization model. Secondly, selection of Chengdu as a rescue emergency supplies distribution center, then by using LINGO software analysis the example of Ya'an earthquake. Finally, after computing, we got two optimal paths, the one direction is distribution from Chengdu to Baoxing through four regions;the other road is towards the direction of Kangding County, after Mingshan, Yucheng, distribute to the other eight regions. In the end, these two distribution paths also verified the rationality and feasibility of the mathematical theory model.
