肛裂闭合式侧切术操作中应注意的问题 被引量：2

摘要 肛裂的疼痛是由内括约肌痉挛引起的机理被明确后,如何找到解除痉挛性疼痛的最佳方法则是医生们继续探索的问题.对比不同的治疗方法仍以手术这种机械性的方法最为简单,并且没有化学和生物疗法的毒副作用,而唯一缺陷则是手术的创伤.然而,如将创伤降至很小,此可谓是治疗慢性肛裂的最佳方法了.经发达国家不断探索优选出的“闭合式”侧方内括约肌切断术（Closed LateralInternal Sphincterotomy CLIS）以其极小的创伤,被发达国家确定为治疗肛裂的“金标准”术式而广为普及[1].笔者曾发表过介绍此种术式优势及操作要点的文章[2、3],但未见在国内广泛开展.究其原因除对此术式的优势认识不足,更多是强调操作要点难于掌握,以及对并发症的顾虑,在此针对每一原因作进一步解释和补充.
