摘要
目的 :探讨放射损伤所致造血功能障碍与内源性IL - 3之间的关系。方法 :小鼠随机分为正常对照和照射组 ,利用EndogenMouseIL - 3ELISA试剂盒 ,检测小鼠致伤后不同时间的血清IL - 3水平。结果 :5.5Gy 60 Coγ射线照射后血清IL - 3水平在整个观察期间明显降低 ,其中第 3d、第 5d最低 (低于检测灵敏度 ,未能检测到 ) ;10d后开始缓慢回升 ,至第 2 8d仍未达正常水平 ,照射组外周血白细胞数量的变化与血清IL -3变化呈平行关系。结论 :放射损伤所致内源性IL - 3水平降低 。
Objective:To explore the relationship between hematopoietic failure and endogenous. Methods:Mice were randomized into normal (N) and radiation (R) groups.Serum level of IL-3 was detected by ELISA using the Endogenous Mouse IL-3 ELISA Box in different time after radiation injuries in mice.Results:Compared with Group N, the serum level of IL-3 was significantly decreased in group R after 5 5.5Gy 60 Coγ ray radiation in mice,especially on the 3rd and the 5th day (below the detecting sensitivity),it was recovered slowly from the 10th day and did not arrive at the normal value on the 28th day.The change of the peripheral white blood cell in group R were parallel with the changes of IL-3 .Conclusion: Inhibition of endogenous Il-3 caused by radiation injury is one of the reasons of abnormal and hematopoietic failure.
