摘要
目的系统评价半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑对比单纯奥美拉唑(奥美拉唑为主的三联治疗)治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中华医学会数字化期刊库,纳入半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑对比单纯奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的随机对照临床试验(RCTs)。数据分析采用RevMan 5.0软件进行分析。结果共纳入11个RCT,Meta分析结果显示半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑组与单纯奥美拉唑组的治愈率(OR为2.32,95%CI为1.78、3.02)、总有效率(OR为4.26,95%CI为2.82、6.42)和复发率(OR为0.20,95%CI为0.11、0.36)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目前国内研究显示,半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡在治愈率、总有效率和复发率上疗效优于单纯奥美拉唑治疗。
Objective To systemic review the therapeutic effect of Banxiaxiexin Tang combined with ome-prazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods CNKI ,CBM ,VIP and Wanfangdata were searched to identify randomized controlled trials （RCTs） for comparing the effects of Banxiaxiexin Tang combined with omeprazole versus omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Data were analyzed by RevMan 5.0 software. Results Eleven studies were included. The meta-analysis showed that the effects of Banxiaxiexin Tang combined with omeprazole group were better than omeprazole group in cure rate （OR=2.32 ,95% CI=1.78 ,3.02） ,total effective rate（OR=4.26 ,95% CI=2.82 ,6.42）and recurrence rate（OR=0.20 ,95% CI=0.11 ,0.36）.Conclusion Banxiaxiexin Tang combined with omeprazole for treating peptic ulcer is better than omeprazole alone in improving cure rate ,total ef-fective rate and low ering recurrence rate.
