摘要
肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来对肝癌的研究,无论是中西医领域都取得了许多重要进展。主要综述中医肝癌证候目前在蛋白质组学、基因组学和代谢组学的研究现状,以及按照肝癌发生发展机制中的关键生物学事件来归纳介绍microRNA在肝癌中的研究进展,从系统生物学的角度来探讨microRNA在中医肝癌证候研究中的意义。
Primary liver cancer （PLC）, one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, consists of hepatocel- lular carcinoma （HCC） , cholangiocarcinoma and hepatic angiosarcoma. HCC is the main type liver cancer, and thus PLC usually refel~ to HCC. HCC is the main type liver cancer, and thus PLC usually refers to HCC. In recent years, many studies focus on mechanisms of hepatoearcinogenesis as well as the diagnosis and treatments of PLC, and have made enor- mous progress both in western and Chinese medicine. In order to better understand the essence of TCM syndrome, it must offer abundant molecular evidence and elucidate them with systems biology. Therefore, some experts tried to demonstrate the nature of syndromes from proteomies, genomics and metabonomics. The present researches in HCC TCM syndromes, however,are still limited. MicroRNA is a kind of non- coding RNA, which plays critical roles in various physiology processes and pathogenesis of many diseases. The functions and cmTent studies of different microRNAs were described here according to milestones of hepatocarcinogenesis. The importance of microRNAs studies related to HCC in TCM syn- dromes was also discussed from the perspective of systems biology in this review.
