摘要
本文旨在研究如何改进随动系统动态特性进而实现系统精确定位。文中以精密三轴转台系统为例,从随动系统机电一体化角度出发,利用有限元法,模态分析及模态综合等手段,对随动系统中机械结构动力学特性和伺服控制系统频率特性统筹考虑,并建立统一的数学模型,在联立求解的基础上探求影响随动系统稳定性的敏感因子,提出改善稳定性的途径,实现系统的优化设计。
In this paper the method of improving the dynamic character of servo system for accurate positioning of the excutive mechanism is described.Using precision rotary pedestal with 3 axes as an example, both dynamical behauiovr of mechanical structure and frequency ch- aracter of servo system are discussed simultaneously based on integ- rated mechanics and electric,by means of FEM,modal analysis and modal synthesis,and the unified mathematical model is founded.On the basis of solution.the sensitive factors to affect the stabilization of servo system are provided.The method of improving stabilization and the optimum design can be carried out.
