摘要
针对单元故障前工作时间服从指数分布的共载荷失效系统,提出了虚拟载荷的概念,建立了基于独立性假设条件的载荷—强度干涉(load-strength interference,LSI)模型与系统可靠性综合模型的概率等价关系,导出了基于单元故障率信息或试验数据的指数分布单元共载荷失效串联系统可靠性分析与评估模型,具体给出2种常用截尾试验情形下系统可靠度与平均故障间隔时间的点估计及置信下限估计公式,并运用Monte-Carlo模拟方法对所建立的共载荷失效模型进行了计算验证。
The concept of virtual load is proposed for the common-load-failure system composed of units under exponential distribution. The equivalence relation of probability is established between load-strength interference (LSI) model which is based on the independence assumption and integrated system reliability model. The common-load-failure series system reliability analysis and evaluation model with exponential dis tribution units is presented on the basis of unit failure rate or test data, and the calculation formulae of point estimation and lower confidence limit estimation of system reliability arid mean time between failure ( MT- BF) in two common truncated tests are given in detail. The proposed model is verified by using Monte-Carlo simulation.
