摘要
目的 建立测定连麦通淋颗粒中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用WatersC18色谱柱(250 mm×215;4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为277 nm,柱温30℃.结果 连翘苷进样量在6~ 36 μg(r =0.999 7)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.17%,RSD =0.40%(n=6).结论 该法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确可靠,可用于连麦通淋颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定.
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of phillyrin ciontent in Lianmai Tonglin Granules. Methods The Waters C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(20:80)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; the wavelength of UV detection was 277 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results There was a good linear relationship( r = 0. 999 7) when the injection volume of phillyrin was 6- 36 μg;the average recovery rate was 99. 17%, RSD = 0. 40% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is highly sensitive, convenient to operate, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determine the phillyrin content in Lianmai Tonglin Granules.
