摘要
目的:探讨针刺穿线胆囊悬吊经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床价值。方法:选取200例良性胆囊疾病患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组给予针刺穿线胆囊悬吊经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组给予传统经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,观察两组患者手术情况。结果:观察组手术情况及恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后CRP水平、疼痛指数及凝血功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺穿线胆囊悬吊经脐腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective：To discuss the clinical utility and advantages of needle threading gallbladder suspension transumbilical hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method：200 cases of benign gallbladder disease were selected and equally divided into the observation and control groups according to random number table method. They were received the treatment of needle threading gallbladder suspension transumbilical hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the traditional cholecystectomy,respectively. Results among both groups were observed. Result：The surgery and recovery in the observation group were better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. And the CRP level,pain index and coagulation in the observation group were also better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The new approach causes few traumas and can achieves fast recovery,thus it has a bright prospect of application.
