摘要
学生评教指标体系是大学学生评教制度的关键要素,是学生评教质量保证的基础,关系到学生评教结果的信度和效度。中加大学学生评教指标体系存在结构差异、参与主体差异、视角差异、科学性与民主性差异及刚性与弹性差异。目前,改革我国大学学生评教指标体系需要科学界定学生评教的本质要义,维护学生主体地位和学习利益,正确理解学生评教指标体系科学性的内涵,增强学生评教指标体系的规范性和制度弹性。
The index system of Student Evaluation of Educational Quality (SEEQ), which is closely related to the reliability and validity of evaluation, plays a key role in the SEEQ system. The major differences in the index system of SEEQ between Chinese and Canadian Universities include structure, participation subject, perspective,the level of scientificity and democracy, and the balance between rigidity and flexibility. For Chinese universities, the index system of SEEQ might be improved from the following perspectives: the scientific definition of SEEQ, the acknowlegement of students" subjective role, the realization of students" learning interests, the proper understanding of the scientific connotations of SEEQ^S index system, and the enhancement of its normalization and flexibility.
