摘要 影响千米深孔地面预注浆止浆施工的因素复杂多样,诸多影响因素决定了止浆施工的成功率,运用因子分析方法对影响止浆施工的因素进行深入分析,归纳为3个公共因子:地质因素(F1)、注浆参数影响因素(F2)、止浆目标因素(F3),揭示了止浆施工过程中的影响因素综合作用的动态变化机理。通过对亳州煤业信湖煤矿主井地面预注浆工程施工案例分析,验证了因子分析方法的可行性。 The effect factors in the process of kilometer deep hole ground pre - grouting construction were analyzed in consideration of the diversity and complexity of stopping slurry construction by utilizing the method of factor analysis. Three public factors including geo- logical factor ( F1 ), grouting parameters influencing factor ( F2 ) and stopping slurry targets factor ( F3 ) on behalf of the success rate in stopping slurry construction were extracted. As a case, the analysis of ground pre - grouting construction in Xinhu Coal Mine was car- ried out for Bozhou Coal, in which the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by utilizing the method of Factor Analysis.
