感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血外科治疗 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨注射毒品所致感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的外科治疗。方法选择该院2011年2月至2013年7月收治的16例因注射毒品致感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤破裂出血的患者，采取急诊股动脉缝扎、瘤体切除清创术治疗．术后随访患肢功能4～17个月。结果手术后下肢血供良好，2例患者出现创口感染，1例患者出现间歇性跛行。结论单纯股动脉缝扎、瘤体切除清创术是治疗注射毒品致感染性股动脉假性动脉瘤破裂的有效方法。
