摘要
目的了解江苏省居民糖尿病的疾病与间接经济负担状况。方法利用2010年江苏省慢性病危险因素及其监测、死因监测等调查数据,采用患病率、死亡率、早死导致的寿命损失年(YLL)、间接经济负担指标对糖尿病的健康损失进行估计。结果 2010年江苏省糖尿病总患病率8.5%,其中男性为8.6%,女性为8.4%;城市总患病率为9.4%,高于农村(7.3%)。经2010年全国人口标化患病率为6.5%。糖尿病粗死亡率为13.28/10万,其中男性死亡率(10.93/10万)低于女性(15.65/10万);城市死亡率(14.59/10万)高于农村(12.58/10万),标化死亡率为11.42/10万。因糖尿病损失YLL率为94.44/10万,其中男性(81.06/10万)低于女性(108.01/10万);城市(94.87/10万)略高于乡镇(94.22/10万),标化后的YLL率为84.10/10万;全省因糖尿病导致的间接经济负担约为7.49亿元人民币。结论糖尿病导致的健康损失和经济损失都是非常巨大的,应当进一步加强预防控制工作。
Objective To study the disease burden and indirect economic burden caused by diabetes mellitus （DM） in residents of Jiangsu province. Methods Data were collected from the chronic disease surveillance and death reporting system in 2010 of Jiangsu province, respectively. The morbidity, mortality, years of potential life lost （YLL） and indirect economic burden were used to assess the health losses due to diabetes mellitus in the residents. Results The total morbidity of DM in 2010 of Jiangsu province was 8.5%, the male and female morbidities of DM were 8.6% and 8.4 %, respectively. The morbidity （9.4%） of DM in urban area was higher than that （7.3%） in rural area. The age-standardized morbidity by Chinese population in 2010 was 6.5%. The crude mortality of DM was 13.28/100 000, the male mortality （ 10.93/100 000） of DM was lower than female mortality （ 15.65/ 100 000）. The urban mortality （ 14.59/100 000） was higher than rural mortality （ 12.58/100 000）, the age-standardized morbidity was 11.42/100 000. YLL caused by DM was 94.44/100 000, the male YLL （81.06/100 000） was lower than female YLL （ 108.01/ 100 000）. The urban YLL （94.87/100 000） was slightly higher than rural YLL （94.22/100 000）. The age-standardized YLL% was 84.10/100 000 by Chinese population in 2010. The indirect economic burden caused by DM was 0.749 billion RMB in Jiangsu province. Conclusion The disease burden and health losses caused by DM in 2010 for Jiangsu province is high, the prevention and control of DM should be strengthened.
