摘要 农学学科门类专业是主要以实践性、应用性为主的专业。农学学科门类专业人才培养应当优先坚持实践性和应用性原则。实践育人是培养农学学科门类专业人才实践和应用能力的必要途径。分析了农学学科门类专业人才应当具备的知识、能力和素质规格。基于实践育人的视界,提出农学学科门类专业人才培养的途径是构建实践育人平台、优化实践育人方案和创新实践育人模式。 Agrieuhural disciplines are mainly practical and applied, and the talent training of agricultural disciplines should insiston the principle of practicalness and applicability preferentially. Practice education is necessary to develop professional talents of agriculture, and it can train abilities of practicalness and applicability. This paper discusses acknowledge, capacities and qualities that agricultural should professional talents possess. Based on the idea of practice education, building a platform, optimizing schemes and creating innovation models for practice education are necessary approaches to improve the training methods of agricuhural talents.
