摘要
目的研究微波辐射对大鼠精子超微结构的影响。方法将30只雄性成年健康Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组15只,辐射组15只。辐射组大鼠应用微波模拟源,按平均辐射强度100mW/cm^2对辐射组进行照射一周,常规采集大鼠精液。利用WEILI-9000电脑精液自动分析仪和透射电镜对30只雄性成年健康Wistar大鼠精液样本进行精液常规及精子超微结构观察。结果精液常规中,活跃精子密度和精子总数在辐射组与对照组之间存在差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在电镜下辐射组大鼠精子存在多种形态超微结构异常,精子稀发、长头、圆头、顶体缺如、线粒体排列紊乱等。结论微波辐射对大鼠精液的精子总数和活跃精子密度具有影响,精子超微结构变化明显。
Objective To study the effects of microwave radiation on sperm ultrastructure of rats. Methods The 30 healthy male adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group(15 rats) and the radiation group(15 rats). Rats in the radiation group were radiated by microwave simulation source according to the average radiation intensity of 100 mw/ cm^2 for a week. and their semen samples were collected. Semen routine was analyzed and sperm ultrastructure was observed using WEILI sperm - 9000 computer automatic analyzer and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. Results there were significant differences in semen routine, active sperm density and sperm number between the radiation group and the control group (P〈0.05); Rat sperm ultrastructure abnormalities of the radiation group were found including thin hair, long hair, round head, sperm acrosome absent, mitochondria, disordered arrangement, etc. Conclusion Microwave radiation shows some effects on sperm numberand the sperm density, as well as sperm ultrastructure.
