摘要
行政沟通是行政信息传递者和接受者之间通过一定的媒介传递推行政务所需的观念、情感、消息、情报、资料等信息,并借以增进相互了解、协调行动的过程和方法。如何提高行政沟通的有效性一直是行政组织探寻的重要问题。本文从管理沟通理论入手,通过梳理西方的沟通理论和基于人性假设的中国传统沟通理念入手,把研究的重点放在行政沟通中"沟通"的问题,最终分析归纳出中外沟通理论对提高行政沟通有效性的三条启示。
Administrative communication is the process and method of information transmission between recipients and delivers, which delivers the idea, emotion, messages, data and other information from government and to enhance mutual understanding and coordinated action.This article obtains from the management communication theory, combing the western communication theories and communication concepts based on humanity assumption in the traditional Chinese culture, then put the emphasis on the problems of communication instead of administration, and finally summarize three enlightenment on improving the effectiveness of administrative communication from Chinese and foreign communication theories.
