摘要
根据某型轿车的数模及整车参数,确定了该车拓扑结构,在ADAMS/Car软件中建立了整车虚拟样机模型。参照国标中的转向瞬态响应实车试验方法,在转向盘转角阶跃输入和转向盘转角脉冲输入下,对整车瞬态响应特性进行了虚拟仿真。通过分析仿真结果,预测了该车的转向瞬态响应特性。可知该车在阶跃输入下瞬态响应较好,在脉冲输入下瞬态响应欠佳,可为实车试验及此类问题的设计研究提供参考。并进一步仿真得出了稳态横摆角速度增益的变化曲线,表明该车具有轻微不足转向特性。
According to the numerical model and vehicle parameters, the topology of the whole vehicle is de- fined, besides, the virtual prototype of the full vehicle is established by using ADAMS/Car software as well. Refer- ring to the national standard of the steering transient response tests, the simulation tests, including steering wheel an- gle step input and steering wheel angle pulse input, for the entire vehicle are performed. Meanwhile the virtual eval- uation is undertaken for the simulation results, and transient response performance is foretasted. The transient re- sponse performance under angle step input is very well and it must be improved under angle pulse input, which pro- vides some reference to vehicle field test and the analysis of transient response performance. Furthermore, the yaw velocity gain curve of steady state value which presents that the vehicle has a slight understeer characteristics is ob- tained from the further simulation.
