摘要 采用静态法研究了树脂用量、振荡时间、pH值、温度等条件对DK110大孔树脂富集溶液中铅和镉的影响,找到了树脂吸附和解吸铅、镉的最佳条件。利用树脂富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了蔬菜中残留的铅和镉。该方法的加标回收率为90%~110%,精密度为0~0.092,满足蔬菜中铅和镉的测定要求。 The effects of the resin dosage, adsorption DK110 macroporous resin for the lead and cadmium in the time, pH and temperature etc. on the enrichment of the solution were studied. The optimum conditions of DK110 resin adsorption and desorption for the lead and cadmium were found. The lead and cadmium in the vegetable were determined with FAAS( flame atomic ery was 90% - 110%. The standard absorption spectrophotometry) after resin enrichment. The standardized recov- deviation was 0 - 0. 092. It met the requirements of the determination of lead and cadmium in the vegetable.
