声纳探测信号自适应脉冲噪声对消算法

摘要 针对浅海环境噪声严重影响声纳探测信号检测性能的问题,提出了一种非线性变换的自适应脉冲噪声对消算法。算法首先对回波信号和参考通道噪声信号同时进行非线性变换,对脉冲噪声进行软阈值滤波,在此基础上,采用最小均方误差算法实现自适应噪声对消,可获得稳健的收敛性能。α-稳定分布脉冲噪声条件下的仿真和某次实验中的声纳探测回波信号处理证明了算法的有效性。 An adaptive impulse noise cancellation algorithm based on nonlinear transform is proposed to solve the sonar detection signal in the shallow sea environment.The environment noise in shallow sea has impulse property,which results in failure of the adaptive noise cancellation algorithm based on LMS.To solve this problem,nonlinear transform is applied in the signals which received by the main channel and the reference channel.After nonlinear transform,the adaptive noise canceller can obtain robust convergence performance.Simulation under the α-stationary distribution impulse noise condition and the sonar detection signal process results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
