摘要
Ti3SiC2是一种具有优良性能的可加工陶瓷材料,具有金属和陶瓷特性,导电、导热性能良好,可加工,耐氧化、耐化学腐蚀,具有抗热震性、高温稳定性和高温塑性以及良好的自润滑性等。本文综合评述了Ti3SiC2的结构、性能、制备方法及应用前景。
TiaSiC2 is a machinable ceramic material with excellent properties. It has the merits of both metals and ceram-ic, such as good electricity and heat conductivity, good machinability, high oxidation and chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, high temperature stability, good plastic deformation and self-lubrication abilities. This pa-per summarizes the structure, preparation method, properties and application of Ti3SiC2.
