门诊系统化管理对胃食管反流病患者生活质量及疗效的影响 被引量:5

摘要 【摘要】目的探讨门诊系统化管理对胃食管反流病(GERD)患者生活质量及疗效的影响。方法选择门诊确诊为GELID的80例患者,实施门诊系统化管理与护理干预,采用中文版简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、反流性疾病问卷、患者依从性调查表对患者进行问卷调查,比较患者入组时和干预6个月后生活质量、医嘱依从性及治疗效果。结果干预6个月后,患者SF-36量表总体健康评分从入组时的(50.5±6.3)分提高至(69.5±5.8)分,干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=19.85,P〈0.01);患者对医嘱的依从性提高,入组6个月后患者治疗总有效率为95%,与入组时的78.7%比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.263,P〈0.05)。结论门诊系统化管理可提高GERD患者生活质量,改善其心理状态和依从性。 Objective To explore the effect of the systematic management on quality of life and efficacy in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in the outpatient.Methods Eighty patients who were diagnosed with GERD in the outpatient received the outpatient systematic management and nursing intervention , and were surveyed by the Short Form-36 Health Survey ( SF-36 ) , questionnaire on reflux disease and questionnaire on patients ’ compliance .The life quality , compliance and therapeutic effect were compared at baseline and six months after the intervention .Results The score of SF-36 was (69.5 ±5.8) six months after the intervention, and was significantly higher than (50.5 ±6.3) at baseline, and the difference was statistically significant (t=19.85, P<0.01).The compliance with orders was significantly increased six months after the intervention, the total effective rate of treatment was 95%six months after the intervention , and was 78.7%at baseline, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.263, P<0.05).Conclusions The systematic management in the outpatient can improve the life quality of patients with GERD , and improve their psychological status and compliance .
